So I have recently been on a trip to Manchester with a friend from college to see Hollywood Undead, so we decided the following day would be spent shopping. After hours of going through every shop I finally walked away with a couple of purchases from H&M, Topshop and Hollister and a planned purchase at New Look that I forgot about. I then followed this up with a bit of online shopping (once more at H&M) and a trip to my local shopping centre which has left me with a lot of purchases that I hope to share with you through numerous posts. Boots Sale #1 - Superdry Professional Vanity Case

One big event of my this calendar year for me is the bargain hunter's dream, the Boots sale. This year it offered a massive reduction of 70% which resulted in a morning off college to hit my local store. Unfortunately, as it is a one day event my purchases are items you might struggle to get your hands on now, yet I still thought it would be worth sharing with you what I bought on my first year of the Boots sale and hopefully persuade you to throw yourself in the battle for bargains in 2017. 

Bundle Of Joy

Exciting news of a new baby always gets me really happy. Fortunately, I am from a rather large extended family and I am therefore quite familiar with good gifts for the little one. Yet, I am aware that many people are lost when it comes to baby buying which I thought was a good opportunity to share my purchases for this gorgeous little boy.

Dungaree Dress

Recently making a purchase in Liverpool at their Urban Outfitters I spent something around fifty pounds on this denim dress. However, due to the fact that it is a little revealing around the booby area I tried several tops in hope that it would work as an outfit.

Pukka Pad Purchase

So in preparation for college I started to consider buying stationary and getting fully prepped because in all honesty I am rather quite excited. Yet with all this considered I am rather strapped for cash so I haven't really made a purchase except some notebooks for my course, which thinking about it I will need to write a post about because they are fantastic. Anyway, back to the Pukka Pad's. So I hadn't got anything or seen anything worth it until I saw this little bargain.

All The Bright Places

One of my recent posts featured a book review of 'Life With A Sprinkle Of Glitter' which made me realise that I had never written a review on 'All The Bright Places', a book that I featured in my book haul. This is the thing, it wasn't a book that I didn't enjoy, I loved absolutely every second of it and it is probably my number one.

Life With A Lovely Book

Recently aiming to read a lot more books and a lot more range of books and topics I have consistently been purchasing books that I cannot help but love and after seeing Louise promote this book on what might be This Morning, I was intrigued and decided to make the purchase. In all honesty, I had to be ripped away from the book and despite being a slow reader it really did not take me long to finish this lovely. I really appreciate the variety of advice that 'Life With A Sprinkle Of Glitter' provides ranging from decorating to boys, (anti) baking to being a mum and discovering your self-worth to arts and crafts. I soon fell in love with this lovely little piece.

Lose Yourself In Decorative Doodle

Previously, I have a made a post about escapism (which I have just this second learnt is an actual word) and within that post I commented on how I go on wanders which allows me to escape from everything. Since then, I have lost this ability, it no longer works and no longer appeals as the best part of wandering was the person I was with, which was why it helped me as much as it did.

New Book Haul

Recently I have chosen to delve into more novels and take up reading as a much more frequent use of my spare time. Therefore, in the past few weeks I have found myself researching and writing lists of books that I want to buy, read and hopefully fall in love with. However, on every venture or impulse book-buy I make I always seem to buy a book that I have never heard of and that I have just taken a fancy to or that I really have just wanted to read for a while and hadn't thought about it when adding to my book list.
