Lose Yourself In Decorative Doodle

Previously, I have a made a post about escapism (which I have just this second learnt is an actual word) and within that post I commented on how I go on wanders which allows me to escape from everything. Since then, I have lost this ability, it no longer works and no longer appeals as the best part of wandering was the person I was with, which was why it helped me as much as it did.


However, in search of my new escape which can also be used as a 'coping mechanism' I was advised to try colouring, which is more well known as art therapy.

That is when I came across the magazine 'Art Therapy' which comes out on a weekly basis, with several pencil crayons and/or markers. 

In all honesty, I haven't coloured in that many pages and I will post pictures of any that I do and feel free to send in any pictures of colouring in you've done as your attempt at art therapy and I will happily include them in one of my posts.

Not the most extravagant, detailed nor exciting post I have every made but this is something I am currently testing out are wanted to share with all of you.
