A Day At The Beach

Waking up early, I was rushed out of my house for what would be a busy day ahead of me. After creating a bank account and having my dress fitting for prom I hurried home to get changed and ready for a last minute decision to head to the coast with the other half's family.

Not being to the beach for what seems like a lifetime me and Josh chose to take a long walk down the sand in order to escape from the first section of holiday goers and families.

After a while, the loose sand that lay underneath my feet soon turned into rocks which we decided to leap from one to another to arrive at what seemed to be the nicest, quietest and just, well I guess, loveliest part of the beach.

From then on the day consisted of running in and out of the ocean, a concept that I had never personally experienced before and which in all honesty terrified me. As well as, just a fully relaxing time.

Recently I wrote about being in the search of a new escapism and this might be it. Just one problem, I live hours from the nearest beach...

Still searching, still smiling, still staying strong and I hope you are too.
